  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair every piece of equipment in the company lineup — legacy and current models — with high first-time fix rates.
  • Write the technical procedures and documentation that keep repairs consistent, cut downtime, and transfer knowledge across the service team.
  • Train and mentor technicians on electrical troubleshooting, controller hardware/software, quality control, and preventive maintenance.
  • Diagnose PLC, HMI, and automation issues; lead project work improving equipment reliability and service processes.
